December 1975, the Universal Negro Improvement Association African Communities League introduced the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to the concept of Operation Going Home, (OGH).
OGH was/is an effort to turn the postcolonial descendant of the kidnapped African Slaves away from the West, Homeward. (The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is an assembly of the hierarchy of the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands who jointly exercise certain pastoral functions on behalf of the Christian faithful of the United States.) The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops turned the UNIA ACL’S OGH Team over to Brother Joe Davis of the National Office of Black Catholics. Note the Red Black Green symbol incorporated in the name?
In 1970, Black Catholic laity, religious and clergy joined together and formed the National Office of Black Catholics headquartered in Washington D.C. Motivated by racial pride, and inpatient with the indifference of their Church to the rapidly changing social and political realities of the United States, this new group dedicated itself to bringing a genuine world vision to a church, that despite its claim to universality, was dominated by white European leadership and tradition.
Yet Joe Davis could not find it within his soul to join forces with the UNIA ACL and OGH. The NOBC refused to work with the UNIA and OGH as the UNIA ACL and the concept of OGH was turned over to Apostolic Nunciature to the United States—The Apostolic Nunciature to the United States of America is an ecclesiastical office of the Catholic Church in the United States, with the rank of an embassy... given that the OAS headquarters are in Washington.
The out come—After a year of letters—The Apostolic Delegate told the UNIA ACL that the globe Black Community do not agree with OGH nor the UNIA. This despite the 1920 UNIA ACL Convention and book Slavery and Catholicism by Roscoe Miller.
This Memorandum of Understanding from the UNIA ACL to the Global Black Race was encouraged by OGH & the newly formed UNIA ACL Post Colonial Conference, (PCEC), the first component in 2020. PCEC is a long needed look at the history of slavery colonialism neocolonialism and the lack of court history to the continued abuse of the Black Race sanctioned and directed by the Roman Catholic Church, the Arabs and western governments.
The 21st century global Black Race needs to be able to see all the elements of modern negative Catholic ideals when the subject is Africa for Africans—those at home and abroad. Catholic ideals toward Black People regarding private property family hierarchy carry a great deal of hostility toward African religion, African names, and such like. The Catholic Church over the years manifested a negative attitude against basic principle of African individuality and/or Africans as an economic collective.
Indeed the Roman Catholic Church and all aspects of western organized religions and their suppression of African culture and economics to the point toward Euro-Americans’ desire to destroy the global Black Race where they would cease to create Africanism to be a vital Black Racial improvement force.
It is time the global Black Race must awake—the days of Noah have returned, and Catholicism is NOT the answer. The Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities’ League is a social, friendly, humanitarian, charitable, educational, institutional, constructive and expansive society, and is founded by persons desiring to the utmost to work for the general uplift of the Negro peoples of the world. And the members pledge themselves to all in their power to conserve the rights of their noble race and to respect the rights of all mankind, believing always in the Brotherhood of Man and the Fatherhood of God. The motto of the organization is “One God! One Aim! One Destiny!” Therefore, let justice be done to all mankind, realizing that if the strong oppresses the weak confusion and discontent will ever mark the path of man, but with love, faith and charity towards all the reign of peace and plenty will be heralded into the world and the generations of men shall be called Blessed.

“The authentic Spiritual Law bound the Constitution of the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League on August 13, 1920 (UNIA INC and UNIA August 1929 of the World merged in 2008 and later was registered with the state of Ohio in 2010 to become one, the UNIA & ACL 1918 and 1929 of the World).

The postcolonial global Black Race has chiefly two supremely demonic entities to overcome. The first are the Arabs (and all that the Arabs are & Islam is). And second is the Roman Catholic Church and all Western Organized Religion and that the Vatican, (Superior General of the Society of Jesus)—the Roman Catholic religious order which is also known as the Jesuits. He is generally addressed as Father General. The position sometimes carries the nickname of the Black Pope, because of his responsibility for the largest Catholic, male religious order and is contrasted to the white garb of the pope.)
